<p>Establish rapport with the person by creating a positive learning environment and ask permission to coach and offer feedback</p>

<p>Commit to moving forward on structure, support and outcome</p>

<p>Listen to what is import to the coachee – it’s their session</p>

<p>How will the coachee celebrate progress along the way?</p>
