To answer this you need to have a look at both long and short term plan.                                                                                                                                   Because without a plan you’ll not know where you are heading or even if you have arrived.

So it’s important to have a map to find the treasure.

So if you have all three – a plan, a map and indeed the treasure – then you are Captain Jack Sparrow
Now take a look at your Crew – do you know what they are actually doing? Do they?
