The Timeline to Your Future!

Now, you may have come across this idea of using a timeline to mark out significant events of your past. This activity is much the same. Click on the link above for an idea of the timeline template.

What I suggest you do though, is mark out in your timeline from your earliest memory of you being a leader all the way up to the present day in 2010.

  • Think about how and why that happened?
  • How did you feel?
  • What did you achieve?

Now, I want you to take stock of how the past has carved out your leadership skills and abilities.

How your confidence has been built from one event to another.

Remember that this is only a snapshot of who you are from your past.

It does not mean that the past determines the future. Not at all.

So if there is anything that you want to change about yourself – do it.

Nothing is stopping you, only you!
